Eric Two Crowns (Supercabbie) by Eric Comoretto
Words Worth is very happy to welcome Eric Comoretto in store on Saturday, Feb 29 at noon, bringing his new book, Eric Two Crowns (Supercabbie).
Eric Two Crowns (Suppercabbie) is a life story of a man of two worlds. His mother is Metis, and his father was Italian. He grew up in Kitchener, Ontario and in Osoppo, Italy, and came of age travelling to Germany and making and losing his dreams of success in England. It's a complicated story, but one which should appeal and resonate.
Like everybody else's life, Eric's is unique. He was thirteen when his father took him, his brother and two sisters out of Canada and away from his Innu mother during a bitter divorce and custody battle. He grew up between two worlds, as a Canadian boy immersed in Italy, as a rising Italian businessman in England, and as an economic refugee of the early 90s recession. Resettling back in Canada after nearly twenty years away, he reconnected with the heritage of his mother's Innu family.
This is his story.
Eric will be in store signing his book from 12pm on.
